Waterproof/Breathable with ANSI III Rated High Visibility Protection

The 5.11 Tactical High Visibility Parka features dual layer resistance to moisture penetration while allowing moisture vapor to pass through the waterproof nylon face for maximum breathability. Combine its waterproof and breathable abilities with its fully tapered seam construction and you have a high-visibility parka that always gets the job done. Same features as the 3 in 1 jacket except sleeve pockets.

• Back-Up-Belt System (BBS) pockets with loop side of Velcro on front chest for use with any 5.11 Tactical accessory pouches. Permits storage of cuffs/flex-cuffs, extra OC, shotgun shells, magazines, EMS gear, - most anything you need to carry!
