ASP® TACTICAL HANDCUFFS

The newest generation of handcuffs from ASP are made using revolutionary design concepts and special construction techniques using extensive computer modeling and simulation analysis. Strength potential has been maximized through use of an interlocking, unitized frame of high strength stainless steel. The handcuff is then over-molded with ordinance-grade polymers making it stronger and lighter. The lock assembly is unitized and replaceable. Uses any standard handcuff key, but will only fit in handcuff cases designed for S&W Model 1 or the ASP handcuffs. See list of available cases below under recommended items. Weight 9 oz.

Features:

• Dual Keyway: Beveled keyways on both sides of each cuff, so a keyway is always accessible and easy to get the key into.

• High Contact Bow: Flat bow section provides single movement application preventing slippage on wrist when cuff is applied. Extremely ideal for departments using PPCT techniques.

• Action: Smooth engagement with 22 positions. No back loading is necessary.

• Double Lock: Double lock is accessible from either side.

• Warning Indicator: Red indicator indicates double lock status from either side.
