The TurtleSkin Special Ops represent the next generation in high performance protective apparel. Their Kevlar knit backing provides added flash protection to 800 degrees. Machine washable to aid in removal of chemical agents. These gloves feature a traditional aviator style construction with a snug fitting black Aramid knit backing for flash and cut resistance. The TurtleSkin in the palm offers excellent hypodermic needle resistance and more than twenty-five times better cut resistance than the leather found in other tactical gloves. These levels of mechanical protection and unparalleled dexterity can only be found in TurtleSkin gloves.
Special Ops Areas of Protection: These gloves were designed to offer added protection to areas of the hand most at risk. TurtleSkin Protective fabric is a patented material that adds advanced puncture, cut and abrasion protection. Although it is not cut or puncture proof, it far exceeds protection provided by leather of similar thickness.
